Mediatak was a broker of all regional newspapers in Poland. This company belonged to three newspaper groups: Polskapresse (Verlagsgruppe Passau), Orkla Media (Orkla) and RBVG GmbH (Rheinisch-Bergische Verlagsgeselschaft). The company employed 60 people and had an annual turnover of between 120 M. and 160 M. PLN.

- Responsible for P&L, new strategic development, shareholders and publishers sales coordination on the national advertising market;
- Responsible for overall improvement of regional newspapers in Poland on the national advertising market;
- Responsible for the total overseeing and supervising of the reformulation of the strategy for all three media groups (as listed above) including a new sales approach and a new Management By Objective plan, with the assistance of Boston Consulting Group (over a period of 5 months);
